Afterschool Information for 2018-19

Afterschool program packet for Session 1

St. Peter After School will be offering several clubs during the school year in addition to their regular after school program. Each session will run classes starting at 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday.  Students attending an After School Club will be offered a snack. You do not have to be registered in the After School program to attend the clubs. To sign up for a club please complete the correct club form, attach the payment (check payable to St. Peter School, club name in the memo), and send it to school Attention. St. Peter After School.

Please note: If you are only attending the club you have to pick up your child right after the class. Any student who stays after the club has finished is considered part of after school program and will be billed as an after school attendee. There are no exceptions.

Greetings from the staff of the After School Program! After school begins Thursday, September 6th, 2018. The program runs from 2:20 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. This year we will have 4 additional early release days that will offer after school from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (9/21, 10/19, 1/18, and 3/15).

The After School Program provides a home-like atmosphere in which there is time for imaginative play, games, arts and crafts, gym and homework. We also occasionally plan for special events and enrichment programs. Nutritious snacks will be provided. Please note that pick up time is promptly at 5:30 p.m. A late charge will be incurred for late pick up (LATE pick up FEE: $15/15 minutes)

This year the after school tuition payments are through RenWeb and payable on a monthly basis. We have good news! This year all families at Saint Peter School are enrolled in our program and you don’t have to pay a registration fee! You are ready to use the After School Program as long as you sign up at https://goo.gl/forms/dkLCaAhwtvm2wlkB2 and let us know.

The After school tuition will work differently this year:

  • If your children are attending the After School Program at least one day a week during the complete school year you are an IN PLAN family.
  • If your children will be randomly attending after school, only some days, when you need it, you are a DROP IN family.

This means, if your children do not attend the program for any reason you will not be billed (Please see exception note below). You will only be billed the days your children physically attend after school. You will not be billed the days which your child was signed up but did not attend with the exception of maintaining the plan. If you have more than one child signed up in the program you can individually choose a plan per student. You will be billed weekly and payments are due monthly.

PLEASE NOTE: To maintain the IN PLAN family rate for any student you need to attend at least one day/week, even if you do not attend. (For example: Tommy signs up for after school full time with an IN PLAN family rate, but one week his family goes on vacation and he does not attend any day of the week. The system will only bill ONE day so you don’t miss the IN PLAN family rate).

2018-2019 Tuition rates:
IN PLAN family rate: $25/day
DROP IN family rate: $35/day
HALF DAY extended day (9/21, 10/19, 1/18, and 3/15): $50/day

Families will have to decide which plan will work best for each student before they start attending after school. Please let us know your choice and the days your children will attend after school by filling out the form https://goo.gl/forms/dkLCaAhwtvm2wlkB2. If we don’t receive your sign up we will assume you are a DROP IN family and you will be billed the DROP IN family rate. We will not be able to accommodate plan changes during the school year unless there is a qualifying life event which is approved by the principal.

We will have after school clubs offered to all students with different sports, Lego, chess, Karate, and more! We will have a special event on early release days!
