Welcome from the Parents Association Co-Chairs

Dear Families of Saint Peter School,

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome each of you and your families to Saint Peter School in the 2019-2020 School Year.  We look forward to reconnecting with old friends as well as meeting many new faces.

Our community is diverse and thriving and our goal is to reflect that positive spirit in the work of the Parents Association (PA).  While the main function of the PA is to support the Advancement Office with fundraisers, we are also here to strengthen the Saint Peter community as a whole to provide the best school and educational experience for our students.  We do this through our major fundraising events (Oktoberfest, the Annual Gala and Golf Tournament) but also via community involvement (DCF project), teacher appreciation (staff breakfasts, luncheon, supplies for the classrooms), and supporting school spirit (School BBQ, Field Day).  We need your help in making each of these events a success.  All parents are automatically members of the PA and your involvement will make a difference to both you and your child(ren) as well as have an enormous impact on the entire Saint Peter community. 

We hope to see everyone at our Back to School BBQ on Thursday, September 12th as well as our first PA meetings on October 2nd and 3rd.  As a side note, PA meetings are typically held in the morning on the first Wednesday of every month in the parish center.  This year we will also hold a few meetings in the evening to accommodate parents whose evening schedules are more open.  All are welcome to join.  Even if you are unable to attend our monthly meetings, we welcome your interest and involvement in any way!

We are excited to co-chair the PA this school year and grateful to be working with you as a community of parents, students and staff to make the school year a memorable and rewarding one.  Let’s work together to make Saint Peter School the best place for our children to grow and learn!

PA Calendar At-a-glance


Parent Orientation – K1 and K2, September 6 at 8:00 a.m. Grade 1-8, September 10 at 6:30 p.m.

Back to School BBQ – September 12 at 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. The PA will organize a gently used uniform table.

Grade 8 Car wash fundraisers are held on September 14 and September 21, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Location: Saint Peter School/Parish driveway. Cost: $10, per car.

Back to School Night – September 19 at 6:30 p.m.

Oktoberfest & Country Store Fundraiser planning is underway. Volunteer sign-up will be available soon. The Oktoberfest information letter and grand Raffle tickets sent home on Friday, September 20th.
